There are many organizations in our community that help make the Winchester area a wonderful place to be.  5 Star Auto Spa wants to help our community thrive and grow.  The 5 Star Community Outreach Program is just one way that we can help and give back to the community that has given so much to our success!

How It Works

1. Your organization earns 50% of all sales “sold” by your organization.
2. You are working with a company that is well established and recognized as a leader in automobile care in the community.
3. The service that you are selling is highly coveted and is the #1 item that is purchased on the Winchester Deals Giveaway.
4. All organizations receive support and training to make your fundraising a success.

Interested?  Here’s what to do next:

1.  Call 5 Star Auto Spa at (540)-667-6661 extension 14 and ask for Hong Kim or email Hong at info@5starautospa.net to inquire about a 5 Star Community Outreach Program application.
2. Fill out the application (click here to download), and return it to our facility in person, by mail, fax, or Internet, attention Hong Kim.  Please be sure to plan ahead, at least three months, in order to secure your desired month with 5 Star Auto Spa. 
3. Hong Kim will review your application and contact you with the next steps of the program.
4. After the review of your application, a letter from your organization’s President authorizing you to run the fundraiser on behalf of the Organization is required. 5 Star Auto Spa will supply this letter to you to fill out. This letter must be on the organization’s letterhead and include the organization’s not-for-profit number.
5. If you ordered wash tickets, come by and pick them up.  If not, you will be contacted when your wash codes have been created.
6. Hand out wash tickets, advertise the wash codes EVERYWHERE.  Let everyone know that if they purchase car washes with your organization’s codes during the fundraiser period, 5 Star Auto Spa will donate 50% of the proceeds to your organization.
