Fleet Accounts

Now have your company vehicles maintained at our auto repair facility. We not only perform routine oil changes but also can take care of most any auto repair or maintenance.

This program keeps your company vehicles clean while minimizing the hassle of handing out cash to each employee.  When you open a fleet account, we will assign each employee or company vehicle a fleet card.  Our state of the art POS system allows us to track usage by employee or vehicle.  Each card is set up with a 4 digit PIN that must be provided to charge a sale to the fleet account.  All services purchased on the fleet card receive a 20% discount.  Only businesses qualify for fleet accounts. 

Fleet accounts are billed each month and payment is due within 30 days of receiving the bill.  A credit card must be provided to secure the account.

Municipality Fleet Accounts

Similar to a fleet account, but only for public services.  Municipality departments receive 40% OFF on any auto wash or express package of your choice.

VIP Program

The VIP program saves you money and is available to both individuals and businesses.  The VIP program rewards those who frequently visit 5 Star Auto Spa to keep their vehicle clean!  Whenever you add money to your VIP card, we will match you by giving you 10% additional for FREE.




Secret Shopper

The customer’s perspective is often the best way to improve our service.  Join the Secret Shopper program and give us your feedback on our services.  In return for completing a questionnaire regarding your visit to our facility, we will send you a gift card for a FREE basic wash.

How It Works

  1. Your organization earns 50% of all sales “sold” by your organization.
  2. You are working with a company that is well established and recognized as a leader in automobile care in the community.
  3. The service that you are selling is highly coveted and is the #1 item that is purchased on the Winchester Deals Giveaway.
  4. All organizations receive support and training to make your fundraising a success.

Interested?  Here’s what to do next:

  1.  Call 5 Star Auto Spa at (540)-667-2014 extension 14 and ask for Hong Kim or email Hong at info@5starautospa.net to inquire about a 5 Star Community Outreach Program application.
  2. Fill out the application (click here to download), and return it to our facility in person, by mail, fax, or Internet, attention Hong Kim.  Please be sure to plan ahead, at least three months, in order to secure your desired month with 5 Star Auto Spa. 
  3. Hong Kim will review your application and contact you with the next steps of the program.
  4. After the review of your application, a letter from your organization’s President authorizing you to run the fundraiser on behalf of the Organization is required. 5 Star Auto Spa will supply this letter to you to fill out. This letter must be on the organization’s letterhead and include the organization’s not-for-profit number.
  5. If you ordered wash tickets, come by and pick them up.  If not, you will be contacted when your wash codes have been created.
  6. Hand out wash tickets, advertise the wash codes EVERYWHERE.  Let everyone know that if they purchase car washes with your organization’s codes during the fundraiser period, 5 Star Auto Spa will donate 50% of the proceeds to your organization.
