What is the Unlimited Wash Club?

The Unlimited Wash club keeps your car shining all the time. As a member you enjoy benefits of washing your call as often as you like, no long term contract, and convenient monthly billing. Every wash club at 5 Star Auto Spa pays for itself in 2 visits or less.

How often may I wash my vehicle in a month?

You can wash your vehicle once every day that our facilities are open.

How much does it cost to join?

Please click the Wash Plan tab for pricing.

Are there long term contracts when I join?

Absolutely not! There are no long term contracts or cancellation fees.

Does the Unlimited Wash Club charge my credit or debit card on a monthly basis?

Yes. Your credit card will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your membership to ensure there is no lapse of service.

Do each of the vehicles I own need its own membership?

Yes. Each vehicle enrolled in our unlimited car wash club receives a unique bar code.

What if I sell my car?

If you would like to transfer your Unlimited Car Wash Club plan to another vehicle please click on the tab Car Change Request Form. Fill out a form and a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 48hrs to confirm your request.

How do I cancel my Unlimited Wash Club Membership?

Click on the "Cancellation Request Form" tab shown above, fill out the form and submit. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 2 business day to confirm your cancellation request.

No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
Membership automatically renews monthly unless cancelled in writing by the customer 5 days prior to the billing date.
Unlimited wash clubs are valid for 31 washes per month.
5 Star Auto Spa reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary.
Club membership is for one assigned vehicle. If you need to transfer the account to another vehicle, please visit the office.
Tampering with or removing the sticker may result in damage to the pass. Replacement passes cost an additional $5.
Wash clubs cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts (including punch cards).
